Stephan:   This is why I believe nothing substantive is going to happen in time about climate change remediation and, it is up to individuals, families, and communities to make their own preparations. As extreme weather disasters increase there will come a point where insurance can no longer be obtained, and government support will have to be rationed. This is going to lead to migrations away from the coast, out of the Southwest because of water issues, and away from locales where there are recurrent events. Prepare.
