Stephan:   Gradually every level of government is being corrupted as a result of the Citizens United decision. He is the latest on its effect on the judiciary. When the courts are perceived to have become driven by special interests, one of the central pillars of American democracy will have been corroded away. Money already influences judicial decisions, in terms of the ability to get counsel. The District Attorneys who are elected will now be compromised, as will the judges. Here is the first evidence of this evil trend. Does it surprise you that Theocratic Rights like the Koch brothers and their organizations are leaders in this trend? This is a very big deal. Ask yourself, why wasn't this story a lead on news at every level?
