Stephan: We pour billions into subsidizing old carbon energy. Billions. Now we will see just how effective the carbon energy lobbyists are at blocking competition. Wind energy which, for the first time, is really taking market share away from old energy is on the block. Please write your Representative and Senators urging them to extend the tax credit.
